A student's path from discovery to placement.

    Discovery

    Pre-enrolment

    Aptitude assessment, campus experience day, and a structured briefing for the family that names the twenty-one disciplines and the earning curves behind each. The admission is a shared decision.

  2. II.

    Foundation

    Year One

    Forty per cent university academic core. Sixty per cent Ten Headz foundation. Three-week rotations through multiple disciplines so the specialisation choice is made with exposure, not guesswork.

  3. III.

    Specialisation

    Year Two

    Half of the teaching is delivered by working industry faculty. The global certification course begins. Each student is paired with an industry mentor and a live problem to work against.

  4. IV.

    Immersion

    Year Three — H1

    Six months embedded inside a partner organisation on live work. Optional exchange semester at the global research partner for students on an academic track.

  5. V.

    Graduation

    Year Three — H2

    Degree, specialisation certificate, global professional certification, verified portfolio. A transcript a hiring manager can actually read.

    Placement

    On graduation & beyond

    A direct pipeline into the partner network that trained them. Lifelong access to alumni channels and periodic upskilling programmes, because careers in sport evolve with the industry.
